**If you are sick with the flu, we kindly ask that you don't come in. The teachers can ask you to leave.

**NOTE: If the fire alarm goes off at the studio and it is a steady ring, everyone should leave the building quickly through
the front doors. In the Winter I would suggest you bring your COATS & SHOES down from the change rooms so you can
put them on to stay warm while outside. I will try to have coat racks set up in front of BRUHN'S Studio where you can hang
your coats. Once outside of the building we all should go to the right or left side of the Front Doors, NOT standing right in
front of the Front Doors.

**Please note that you may not leave any locks on the lockers over night, you must remove the locks each time you leave
morning and evening classes. If there are any locks left on the lockers over night the National Ballet of Canada will be cutting
off all locks every morning, and your belongings will be tossed out, this is your warning.

**Dance-Teq is closed on Monday February 20th for Family Day

**Dance-Teq is closed on Saturday February 25th because there are NO studios (N.B.O.C. are using the studios)

**Please note that the Tuesday Level II Belly Dance Cardio class will not be running in February or March (Winter Season)
because the teacher will be away most of both months. We will be resuming this class in the Spring Season (April 3rd-June 19th),
and possibly in the Summer Season (June 26th-August 28th).

**Please note that the Tuesday Level III Contemporary (Modern) class has been moved to Wednesday's now starting February 8th,
and the Wednesday Level IV Contemporary class to Tuesday starting February 7th.
(These classes are still Modern classes taught the same as before, just the title has changed to Contemporary)

**Note that Derek Sangster will not be teaching in 2012, he is just too busy at the other schools he teaches at. We at Dance-Teq will
miss Derek and thank him so much for the many wonderful classes he brought to Dance-teq, and wish him the very best.
The Monday Level III Jazz class starts February 6th with Karen Andrew teaching, in May Robin Calvert will be teaching

**Number System for our Levels:**
Level V - 5 years training and up (Advanced - Plus Professionals)
Level IV - 4-5 years of training (Intermediate)
Level III - 3-4 years of training (Elementary)
Level II - 2-3 years of training (Beginner)
Level I - Suitible for students with little or no training. Focus is on learning the Basics. (Pre-Beginner)
**The classes will still be taught at the same levels they have been, the levels aren't changing, only the level number system is changing.**

• The Modern classes will now be called Contemporary classes (it is still a Modern class, taught the same as before)
• The Monday Level III Jazz class will not be Derek Sangster, starting February 6th with Karen Andrew (NO January classes)
• The Tuesday Level IV Ballet class is now a Level III
• The Thursday Level III Ballet class is now a Level II/III
• The Saturday Level III Ballet class is now a Level II/III
• The Saturday Level V Ballet class is now a Level IV
  
• The Friday Level V Ballet class will be taught by-(Owen Montague or Kevin Pugh)
  

CANCELED CLASSES:

- Tuesday's Level II Belly Dance Cardio class won't be running in February & March, resumes for Spring Season
